RCS Cleaning

Just had our carpets cleaned by RCS. We hadn't heard of their company prior so we were being very particular. The carpets are great and the house smells fresh. They are very considerate with bad weather (mud). They rescheduled and were flexible with our schedule. They took pride in their work, made sure our hard surface floors were wiped before leaving. They had us make sure we were satisfied before they put their equipment away. Everything looks great. A small extra that was big for us, they were very observant that our pets didn't go outside when they went in or out. We will use them again.

Jake came to clean my living room carpet and the carpet on the stairs in downtown Washington, Mo. He was professional, polite and personable and walked me through every aspect of what he was doing and why. Very glad we found RCS, they took very good care of us for a very fair price. Ask for Jake, he'll come to you pretty much anywhere you are.
