Waited over 30 minutes for my prescription that was sent over from the urgent care next door. Went to the drive up window and the gentleman Assistant Store Manager Dan Levine said my prescription was almost ready. Perfect. I then asked the price with my insurance. It seemed really low so I asked if that was the price for both. He said he only had one script. I showed him the paperwork showing I had two. I waited 10 minutes for him to figure it out. He then told me that i was going to have to wait even longer for them to figure it out. I asked if urgent care had not sent it? Or if they(the pharmacy) had just not seen the script come through. His answer to that was, “we are a really busy pharmacy.” He was snotty and Very very rude. Very poor customer service. So I drove back over to the urgent care and they called the pharmacy and now I’m able to pick it up. I wouldn’t waste your time with this pharmacy especially if you’re sick. I’ve had to run around like a chicken with my head cut off just to get the medicine I need so I can go back to work. When I finally was able to pick my medicine up I went inside and spoke to Dan and told him the way he spoke to me was unprofessional and as a manager he should be setting an example for his employees.
